Pat Phinney

Pat was born third (just 5 minutes after his twin brother) into a family
of six children.  His father was in the military which meant they lived in
many different places both in the USA and overseas.  Pat joined the USAF
during the Viet Nam war. Following his time in the service, he met and
married his wife, Karen.  Together they moved to Portland, OR where Pat
graduated from Multnomah School of the Bible and Western Seminary.
They have two grown children, Andrea and Scott, and four grandchildren.
Andrea, Allen and their children live in Portland, OR and Scott, Brooke and
their children live in Lakeville, MN.

Since 1984 Pat has served in four churches – one in Oregon and three in
Minnesota.  Some of his ministry highlights include planting a church in the
rural community of Wanamingo, MN and serving as a volunteer prison
chaplain for a couple of years in Rochester, MN.

Pat enjoys running and exercising daily as well as other hobbies such as woodworking, gardening,
fishing, traveling and spending as much time as possible with his children and grandchildren.  Pat and
Karen live in Bloomington, MN.

Pat has been serving as the Director on NCCBA since July 1, 2011.
